LINKSTER LOGISTICS operates a specialist logistics division to supply HGV, LGV and transport office staff throughout the UK.

To ensure we support our drivers and offer our clients a compliant and professional agency workforce we provide CPC training, Highway Code training and driving style monitoring through studying telematic data.

We try and make partnering with us easy and straightforward, and this is an overview of this process:

  1. Contact Linkster or email your vacancy to enquire@linkster.co.uk
  2. Linkster will arrange a convenient time to visit you to discuss your requirements, understand your operations, its roles, culture and working environment. We also want a clear understanding of the induction, onboarding processes and risk assessments.
  3. Linkster will put forward a tailored service proposal that fully meets your talent acquisition and operational requirements with all associated costs clearly explained.
  4. Once the service proposal is agreed, terms and conditions will be submitted in writing together with a service level agreement “SLA.”
  5. Linkster will then commence working to fill your vacancies and provide regular feedback and timing updates in line with the SLA.
  6. Your dedicated Consultant or On-Site Account Manager will be in regular contact carrying out inductions and check-ins as well as welfare “surgeries” for assigned agency workers.
  7. Linkster is committed to effective 360-degree communication between itself, its Client and agency workers assigned. We use state-of-the-art recruitment software to help us deliver complete satisfaction and compliance.
